A Socially Distanced Church Wedding

Megan and Jake were married in May at the church they attend in Golden Valley, MN. It was a small, intimate wedding that was live-streamed, so that their friends and extended family could still be a part of their day despite having to be distant. The ceremony was beautiful and moving. Outside, the lilacs were blooming. After the ceremony, some friends stopped by and surprised them to say congratulations!

Overall, they made the best of the circumstances they were given and really enjoyed their wedding day. There was so much laughter and smiling, and that is what I hoped to capture. At the end, Megan and Jake were driven away in a collector car that looked surprisingly like my childhood hero, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Congrats Megan and Jake!
