A Summer Wedding in the Pines at Stonewall Farms in Willmar
If I told you that my day started with puppies frolicking on the side of the road and ended with the sky being lit up by fireworks on my drive home, would you believe me? And shot an epic wedding in-between?
Eric and Mikala were married in June at Stonewall Farms in Willmar, MN. The location was any outdoor photographer's dream. Open fields on one side, a tall pine tree forest in the center that opens up to a scenic, calm lake on the other. Wow. The beauty was surreal.
Beyond the scenery, Eric and Mikala are both gems. Anything I asked them to do they willingly agreed. "Hey, want to run through this meadow in your formal attire?" Without hesitation, "Sure!" was Mikala's answer. They made me laugh, they made me cry. They made me feel so trusted and appreciated. It was one for the books.
